Nori is a dried edible seaweed used in Japanese cuisine, made from species of the red algae genus Pyropia including P. yezoensis and P. tenera. It has a strong, sweet and distinctive flavour, and is often used to wrap rolls of sushi or onigiri.
Nori nutrients include calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, potassium, selenium, zinc and then some! Nori can actually contain up to 10 times more calcium than milk! Nori is packed full of vitamins too. It offers vitamins A, B, C, D, E and K, as well as niacin, folic acid and taurine, which is one of the amino acid that is required for the building of protein in your body.

1/2 medium avocado
1/2 small cucumber
1 truss tomato
70g chicken
1/2 carrot, grated
2 tbspn alfalfa sprouts
1/2 tspn ginger, grated sushi
train chilli flakes
2 tbspn mayo
1//4 tspn wasabi
1 tspn tamari
Himalayan sea salt
Black pepper
