Smartcleanse.com.au handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
Should you wish to return your unopened order, please notify us within 3 days of purchasing with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a full refund less $12 shipping, only upon receipt of the all products inside the box unopened (Bentonite Drinking Clay, Colon Cleanse Formula, Weeding Tonic, Gut Lining Formula, Liver Tonic, Tongue Scraper and Booklet) and sent to:

Refunds, if approved, will be processed promptly and payment will be made via the method you used to pay, e.g. Paypal or credit card, or once your account details and BSB are provided.
Refund payments may take up to 7 business days to be received.
Refunds for reasons other than change of mind, or the inability to start the cleanse, are made at the discretion of smartcleanse.com.au and claims must be received within 7 days of purchase. We reserve the right not to refund if the reason is due to side effects of your own body going through detoxification or any pre-existing allergies, illness, adverse reactions to the products or because of taste. We do not guarantee weight loss as individual results vary.
The products are either 100% certified organic or 100% naturally derived and are of the highest quality, and are 100% low allergy, containing no gluten, dairy, lactose, additives, flavourings or preservatives.
Please note if your purchase is through a retail outlet, your request for refund is subject to the return and exchange conditions of the individual retailer so you will need to contact them.
