Bentonite Clay - 4 capsules on arising with lemon and warm water.

Colon Cleanse - 15 mins after Bentonite Clay and 30 mins before breakfast, 1/2-1 scoop of Colon Cleanse in 250ml of purified water. Optionally take a 2nd scoop daily, 30 mins before dinner or on arising during week 2, see page 10 for details.

Gut Lining - 1 heaped scoop in 200ml of purified water 30 mins before breakfast and again 30 mins before dinner.
