Colon Cleanse

A source of fibre to aid healthy bowel motions

Contains organic herbs and omega-rich sources of fibre to aid laxation, and regular elimination. Contains soluble and insoluble fibres rich in omega 3 fatty acids along with organic herbal laxatives, backed by traditional Western herbal medicine to aid laxation to minimise bloating and constipation. Step 1 Weed - Days 1-7

Bentonite Clay - 4 capsules on arising with lemon and warm water.

Colon Cleanse - 15 mins after Bentonite Clay and 30 mins before breakfast, 1/2-1 scoop of Colon Cleanse in 250ml of purified water. Note: You may need to take a 2nd scoop daily, 30 mins before dinner or on arising during week 2, see page 10 for details.

Digestive Tonic - 4 capsules with breakfast and 4 capsules with dinner.

• Traditionally used to help relieve flatulent dyspepsia and colic (carminative).

• Thyme has been used traditional to support digestion and as a carminative herb for the relief of flatulent dyspepsia and colic

Take cautionary measures if on any medication: Detoxification can potentially alter the way in which certain medications work. Take your Smart Cleanse products first then wait 2-3 hours until you take your medication. The great thing about the Smart Cleanse detox program is that you only have to take your products morning and night, so you then take your medication at lunchtime and then before bed.

Pre-detox preparation is a must: It is highly recommended to taper off the major toxins such as caffeine, alcohol, sugar and processed salt gradually over 4 days to avoid withdrawal symptoms.

Colon Cleanse Formula in week 1: A source of fibre which aids regular laxation. Every individual responds differently so it is suggested to start at half a scoop once daily only (30mins before breakfast), then build the serve gradually over 3 days to one heaped scoop. OPTIONALLY build to 2 heaped scoops daily only if required. 

Take cautionary measures if on any medication: Detoxification can potentially alter the way in which certain medications work. To solve that problem all you need to do is take your medication 2-3 hours apart. The great thing about this detox program is that you only need to take your Smart Cleanse products morning and night, so you can take your medication mid-morning, lunchtime, early afternoon or just before bed.

Vitamins and minerals: can only be of assistance if the dietary vitamin intake is inadequate. Drink plenty of water. If symptoms persist, talk to your healthcare practitioner.
