What is Detoxification?
Nutritional cleansing methods have been around for thousands of years. Our ancestors found ways to enhance many of the body’s internal detoxification and cleansing systems.
A common practice was the use of fasting, along with herbal teas or special botanicals. The reduced food intake would allow the body to purify itself through rest and renewal of every system and the burning of body fat, where toxins were once stored.
