While these are some of my all-time favourite smoothie recipes, there are plenty of other options that can help you eat healthy while still enjoying your food. You can even try inventing your own smoothie by mixing and matching ingredients.

Smoothies are a very versatile recipe that people can tweak to meet their own dietary needs. Whether that means focusing on dairy free recipes or tossing in some protein powder, you can change the above recipes (or any others you find!) as needed.

Whatever type of smoothie you choose, smoothies are one of the best means to stay healthy with quick and simple recipes.
