FULL RECIPE
25g watermelon (6 balls)
25g rockmelon (6 balls)
30g blueberries
40g pear
180g coconut yogurt
25g pomegranate
20g passionfruit
Mint leaves to decorate
Toasted seeds
20g pepitas
20g hazelnuts
10g sesame seeds
Method
1.Slice pear in slicer to make little chip shapes
2. Make balls from watermelon and rockmelon
3. Whack seeds out of pomegranate
4. Layer melon balls, blueberries, pear, coconut yoghurt, pomegranate, passionfruit, toasted seeds, coconut flakes and mint to decorate
