HEALTHY LOW CARB SAN CHOY BOW - 

(Serves 2)

Carbs Per Serve 5.5 g

INGREDIENTS
200g minced ground pork & veal mixture
4 large iceberg lettuce leaves
2 tspns toasted sesame seeds
1 clove garlic
1 small brown onion 100g bean sprouts 100g red capsicum 2 tbspns tamari

METHOD
1. Heat sesame oil in a wok.
2. Stir fry garlic & onion until softened over medium heat.
3. Add mince meat & cook through.
4. Lower heat, add capsicum & tamari sauce simmering for a further 3 mins.
5. Stir in sprouts & toasted sesame seeds.
6. Allow to cool slightly & add mixture into 2 lettuce leaves.
